Integration of Cellular and Mobile TV Backhaul
Low-power mobile TV transmission stations are likely to be collocated with cellular base-stations. In many cases, the content distribution network serving them is wired (rather than satellite-based). Under these circumstances, there is an opportunity for considerable cost savings and operational efficiency gains through integration of the mobile TV distribution network with the cellular backhaul links serving the same sites.
